ANTHOTIRO VASSILITSA

Anthotiros Vassilitsa is a greek traditional cheese, produced by adding milk and whey from sheep or goats in sheep's or goat's cheesemilk. You can find it in markets fresh in the spherical form of the truncated cone colored white to off-white, with compact texture (without holes) in an airtight device (Vacuum) of 2kg and 200gr.
